A listing video without a camera crew
Video gets a listing noticed on Reels, TikTok and WhatsApp, but filming and editing every property takes time agents rarely have. The Property listing writer mode turns the details you already have into a narrated video in minutes.
It covers what buyers and renters ask first:
- Location, with a globe that flies to the city when it's named.
- Key features: rooms, size, parking, floor.
- Highlights: the view, the renovation, the garden.
- The neighbourhood: schools, parks, transport.
- The price, if you include it, with numbers counting up on screen.
- Your contact details as the call to action.
The AI is instructed to use only the details in your brief, so it won't add a pool that isn't there.
What goes in the brief
| Detail | Example |
|---|---|
| Type and purpose | "3-bedroom apartment for sale" |
| City and area | "Lahore, near Model Town park" |
| Size and rooms | "1,800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms" |
| Highlights | "Corner unit, morning sun, new kitchen" |
| Nearby | "Two schools and a market within walking distance" |
| Price | Optional |
| Contact | "Call or WhatsApp 0300 0000000" |
Short, factual details make the best script. Leave out anything you haven't confirmed.
What viewers see
- A map when the city or country is named. The globe turns to it and drops a pin. Very small neighbourhoods may not be on the map, so name the city as well.
- Counters for big numbers like the price and the floor area.
- Line drawings for features like bedrooms, parking and gardens, traced on as each is said.
- Word-by-word captions, so the video works with the sound off.
- Your branding: logo, brand colours, handle and a call to action like "Call 0300 0000000" in place of "Follow".
The style is drawn and animated, not photos of the property. Post it alongside your photo gallery: the video gets attention, and the photos show the rooms.
Listings in your buyers' language
Property videos work in 10 languages. Agents in Pakistan can post the same listing in Urdu (with Nastaliq captions) and English; agents in the Gulf can post in Arabic and English; agents in India in Hindi and English.
Tips for listing videos
- Lead with the best feature, not the address.
- Name the city so the map appears.
- One feature per scene. Each gets its own drawing.
- Make the contact easy to read: a phone number or short web address.
- Post vertical for Reels and WhatsApp status, square for property portals and feeds.

Questions
Can I use photos of the property?
The video is made of animated drawings, maps and counters rather than photos. Post it alongside your photo gallery.
Will it show the location on a map?
Yes, when the city or country is named. Small neighbourhoods may not be on the map, so mention the city too.
Will the AI add features that aren't there?
It is instructed to use only the details in your brief. Check the script before you download.
Can I make listing videos in Urdu or Arabic?
Yes. Urdu videos use Nastaliq captions, right to left, and Arabic videos are right to left as well.
Can I put my phone number at the end?
Yes. The brand kit's call to action replaces "Follow", for example with your phone number or website.
